Lis Wehl, who was born August 19, 1961 in the US, is an author and former legal expert for Fox News.
Her previous position was as associate professor of law in The University of Washington Law School. She has offered legal commentary for National Public Radio program and on Bill O'Reilly's radio show, The Radio Factor. She appears weekly in The O'Reilly Factor. Wiehl was a graduate of West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She has a qualification from Barnard College (1983), the Master of Arts in Literary Studies from University of Queensland (1985) as well as she earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl is a former prosecutor at the US Attorney. She served as the legal correspondent for NPR All Things Considered. She was "the the deputy chief investigator for Democrats within the House Judiciary Committee at the period of the impeachment of President Clinton." She worked as a law professor with an appointment at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle from 1995 until 2001. She was an analyst at Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
